Aquila Learning secures investment from Northcote Equity to expand its technologies and services for training customers worldwide.
The partnership will increase investment in the ALaRMS platform and broaden Aquila’s international reach for customers across aerospace, defence and safety-critical sectors
Aquila Learning (“Aquila”), whose ALaRMS platform manages training for more than 40,000 end users across the aerospace, defence and safety-critical sectors, has partnered with Northcote Equity to accelerate the international growth of its training management technology and deepen its support for existing customers.
ALaRMS brings together training administration, needs analysis, design, delivery, records and assurance in a single, fully integrated system, purpose-built for organisations managing complex training programmes in high-risk, highly regulated environments. The platform is trusted by many of the largest names in global aerospace and defence, including the Ministry of Defence.
Northcote has made a minority investment in close partnership with Mark Radbourne and the wider Aquila team. The investment will support further international expansion and help broaden Aquila’s commercial reach, as prime contractors and defence forces around the world look to modernise how they manage and assure training at scale — with existing customers set to benefit from continued investment in the ALaRMS platform and the team behind it.
